VINYASA FLOW CLASSES
All Levels Flow, Sunset flow, Power flow, Gentle Flow
A vinyasa style flow class designed by the teacher with each of their expertise. You will find something different in each class, giving you options to start or advance your yoga practice. A class designed to match yoga poses with the breath. We will focus on the breath with the movement to increase focus, strength, balance and flexibility. Performed in a warm room. (90*) (75 mins)
A class designed for the evenings. In Vin/yin we marry the two styles of yoga to offer a little movement and flow (Vinyasa) followed by deeper stretches and relaxation (Yin). We will flow with our breath allowing postures to thread together into a sequence of breath led movement. Yin offers a sweet, relaxing stretch focussed on lengthening muscles, releasing fascia and allowing ligaments and tendons to release. Added candles to ease, relax and restore you. (60 min) (85*)
A Vinyasa style yoga class popularized by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois in the 20th century. It is a challenging lineage of hatha yoga focusing on building strength and endurance leading to a naturally relaxed mental state. Preformed in a warm room (80-84 degrees), it is a dynamic sequence of postures- the Primary Series- combines focus with continuous movement.
A new addition to the schedule. We will add light weights to yoga poses. Come in ready to work hard, sweat, and have fun.
All classes are given a Shavasana at the end of every lesson. Please stay until the end of Shavasana.
