Join Junior Intermediate Level 1 Iyengar Certified Anne- Marie Schultz for a Workshop on Shoulders. We will dive into ways to keep the shoulders strong and supple. We will explore poses to keep the shoulder joint strong and flexible. We will also approach various arm balances and inversions in ways that keep the shoulder, arm, elbow safe and happy as you advance your yoga practice.
All Levels Workshop that will incorporate education on the shoulder joint as well as practical applications to build strength in this often vulnerable area of the body.
